This Yuletide season, luxuriate in a vibrant and historic social space amidst stunning architectural beauty to ring in your year-end festivities with a flourish. Be indeed tempted by a special, elevated version of our signature Tentazioni Menu, offering an exciting selection of Italian specialties freshly prepared with the season’s best. On 31 December 2021, celebrate New Year’s Eve with a spectacularly curated dinner menu presented by Chef de Cuisine Francesco Soletti. Indulge in a decadent multi-course epicurean experience featuring a bounty of specially sourced premium produce, including San Remo prawns, turbot, caviar and the coveted white truffle, to commemorate the final epicurean chapter of 2021.

Sunday Brunch

Every Sunday, 12 to 3pm

Relish our newly launched Sunday brunch at Osteria BBR by Alain Ducasse featuring delectable specialties, including fresh oysters, lobster salad, smoked salmon with scrambled eggs and Kristal caviar, and a fine array of Italian cold cuts. These delights are specially curated by Chef de Cuisine Francesco Soletti and exclusively available for Sunday brunch alongside the regular a la carte menu. Enhance the experience with a complementary flow of choice Champagne, Prosecco, wines and selected cocktails.

Suite Osteria Sundays

Weekends from 18 September till 19 December 2021

Take your weekend staycations up a notch with our weekend exclusive Suite Osteria Sundays offer with Sunday Brunch for two, starting from S$1,050++ per night.

Relish our newly launched Sunday brunch at Osteria BBR by Alain Ducasse featuring delectable specialties, including fresh oysters, lobster salad, smoked salmon with scrambled eggs and Kristal caviar, and a fine array of Italian cold cuts. Included in the experience is a 90-minutes complimentary flow of Prosecco, wines and selected cocktails.

Retreat thereafter to your luxuriously spacious suite to wind down after your Sunday brunch experience at the iconic location of BBR or head to the pool for a relaxing rest of the weekend.

Set Lunch

AVAILABLE FROM MONDAY, THURSDAY TO SATURDAY EXCEPT ON PUBLIC HOLIDAYS

Delight in an exquisite lunch with a new set menu specially crafted by Chef de Cuisine Francesco Soletti. Opt for 2 courses at $36++ or 3 courses at $42++ per guest and enjoy specialties like Carbonara Rigatoni with crispy Guanciale; and Braised Beef Cheek with pumpkin and green sauce, alongside others.

Happy Hour

AVAILABLE THURSDAYS TO MONDAYS, FROM 3PM TO 8PM

Come by between 3pm to 8pm daily and enjoy two happy hour promotions – Camparitivo and Apero’!

Relish Camparitivo, a refreshing selection of classic aperitivo made with either Campari or Aperol, well-loved Italian aperitifs believed to stimulate the appetite at a special S$16++ each. Sip on the likes of Campari Spritz, Aperol Sour, and Garibaldi. Selected white and red wine labels are also available at S$12++ per glass.

Additionally, opt for winning combinations of fresh oysters accompanied with your choice of a bottle of bubbly or rosé with A pero’!, a word play on aperitivo that translates to “wow” in Italian. Savour half a dozen fresh oysters plus a bottle of Prosecco at S$88++ (usual price of S$110++).
